They have been awarded a project entitled “Development of Commercial Sector in Khalifa City (A) Sectors: SW6-1, SE6-1 and SE26-1” by the Department of Municipal Affairs, Municipality of Abu Dhabi.  The Project site is at the Commercial sectors SW6-1, SE6-1 and SE26-1 located in City A along the Abu Dhabi Airport Highway.

The scope of work includes:

• Construction of roads
• Supply and install Potable water network
• Construct Storm Water Works
• Irrigation Works
• Civil works for Telecommunication network and relocation of telephone plant
• Sewerage works

Project Description: GCEEC Prepared a CEMP for Bin Hafeez General Contracting Est. (BHGCE). They have been awarded a project entitled “INTERNAL ROADS IN MOHAMMED BIN ZAYED CITY – PHASE 2 SECTOR Z-36 PART C & Z-17/1”

The Mohammed Bin Zayed City project that is for the Commercial Towers Development in Sector Z-36 PART C & Z-17/1 which aims to provide a quality as-built environment for the enjoyment of residents and general public.  The Master Plan for this development has been prepared by International Consultants (“KEO”) and they have been retained by the Municipality for Program Management and Construction Management Services.

They have been awarded a project entitled “Development of Abu Dhabi Club” by Musanada, is relocating the Abu Dhabi Ladies’ Club to a new development which is being constructed on the south east corner of Abu Dhabi Island and is located at the beginning of the Maqta Channel where it is connected to the Channel.
